- Please remove packaging, label, ribbon and decorative materials such as dried flowers in the candles before lighting. - Trim wick to 0.5cm before lighting. - Keep candle away from flammable materials including matches and wick trimmings, children and pets. - Only burn the candle on a level, heat resistant surface to avoid melting wax damaging surfaces. - Place in a well-ventilated space when lighting the candles. - Never leave your burning candle unattended. - Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time. - Stop use when only 0.5cm-1.0cm of wax remains. - Store your candles in a cool dry place, and away from direct sunlight.

- All shipping will be provided via Australian Post. ​ - Orders below $99 AUD will be charged with a flat-rate of $9.95 AUD. ​ - Order of $99 AUD or over will be eligible for free shipping within Australia. Free shipping will be applied at check-out automatically once your order is over $99 AUD. ​ - International shipping is not available as yet. But we are working hard to ship our beautiful candles to the world. ​ - You will receive a dispatch notification email with tracking details once your order has been shipped out. ​ - Small orders will be dispatched in 3-5 business day, and are usually delivered within 2-6 business day to most addresses within Australia. However delays may occur due to extended COVID-19. ​ - Bulk orders please contact us for an estimated despatch date which may vary depends on your order and the stocking we have. Your understanding and patience are appreciated. We will do our best to deliver your order as fast as we can.

- If you are experiencing issues with the products you purchased from us (e.g. faulty product, broken or damaged product, incorrect product), please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. - Please note that each piece is uniquely handmade and will have some minor imperfections by nature. So the differences from the images provided on this website is expected and should not be considered as fault. ​ - Please also understand frosting and wet spots are very natural effects in soy wax candles, and should not be considered as a reason for return or refund. ​ - We apologise that we do not offer 'Change of mind' return or refund.
