All shipping will be provided via Australian Post.
Delays may be experienced due to Covid-19 impacts.

Australia-wide shipping:

Orders below $99 AUD will be charged with a flat-rate of $9.95 AUD.

Order of $99 AUD or over will be eligible for free shipping. Free shipping will be applied at check-out automatically once your order is over $99 AUD.

International shipping:

New Zealand orders will be charged with a flat-rate of $30 AUD.
We are working hard to ship our beautiful candles to the rest of the world.

You will receive a dispatch notification email with tracking details once your order has been shipped out.

Small orders will be dispatched in 3-5 business day, and are usually delivered within 2-6 business day to most addresses within Australia. However delays may occur due to extended COVID-19.

Bulk orders please contact us for an estimated despatch date which may vary depends on your order and the stocking we have. Your understanding and patience are appreciated. We will do our best to deliver your order as fast as we can.

Return & Exchange
If you are experiencing issues with the products you purchased from us (e.g. faulty product, broken or damaged product, incorrect product), please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Please note that each piece is uniquely handmade and will have some minor imperfections by nature. So the differences from the images provided on this website is expected and should not be considered as fault.

Please also understand frosting and wet spots are very natural effects in soy wax candles, and should not be considered as a reason for return or refund.
